Application
The three-dimensional mixer, formerly known as the three-dimensional swing mixer, also known as the oscillating mixer, is currently an advanced powder mixing equipment in China. The machine is used for high-uniform mixing of powdered and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, light industry, electrical, mechanical, mining and metallurgical defense industries and various scientific research units.
Working Principle
The mixing drum of this machine operates in multiple directions. The material has no centrifugal force, no gravity segregation, stratification, or accumulation. The components can have a large weight ratio. The mixing rate is over 99.9%, and the maximum loading coefficient can reach 80% (the ordinary mixer is 0.4-0.6). The mixing time is short. It occupies a small area. For energy-saving and efficient mixing, the machine accelerates the flow and diffusion during operation due to multi-directional mixing, and solves the material gravity segregation and accumulation phenomenon caused by centrifugal force in general mixers. There is no dead angle in mixing, which can effectively ensure the best quality of the mixed materials.
Machine Feature
The machine consists of a Chute Tai Chi motion barrel, frame, rotating wall, motor, speed reducer, etc. The power of this machine is 3KW, the electrical control system is frequency conversion speed regulation, the barrel is made of 316 high-quality stainless steel plate δ2.5mm, the rotating wall is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS-304, the inner barrel is finely polished and mirror-finished, and the outer barrel is matte brushed and polished. When the materials are mixed, the flow effect is good without dead angles and no pollution is caused. The feed is connected by a clamp type connection, and the discharge port adopts a stainless steel butterfly valve with good sealing effect. It is easy to operate and clean. The frame is made of 8# channel steel, and the outer wall is made of brushed and polished SUS-304 plate. The appearance is flat, beautiful and generous, and meets the GMP verification requirements.
