APPLICATION

The Aluminum/Plastic tube is manually inserted into the mold, and the mold rotates with the turntable and stays at different stations. First, we come to the Aluminum/Plastic tube bench marking station. The bottom of the mold lifts up the aluminum/plastic tube and rotates it. The color mark photoelectrically detects the color mark at the end of the aluminum/plastic tube. After detection, the rotation will stop, the mold will drop back to its original position, and the turntable will start. To the next filling station, the materials to be filled are put into the hopper in advance. Through the piston-type quantitative filling valve directly connected to the hopper,the materials are accurately and automatically injected into the tube that stays on the filling station intermittently. The turntable continues Rotate and come to the sealing and folding station for folding. The turntable continues to rotate and comes to the folding station again. This time it is the final folding and tail sealing work.Or for plastic will go to the ultrasonic sealing and cutting, Then the turntable rotates to the last station to push up the tube. Leave the mold and slide out of the machine via the slide.
