The NJP-1200 series capsule filling machine designed and produced by our factory has been improved and innovated many times by absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is the preferred equipment for hospitals and small and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories, replacing the original semi-automatic capsule filling equipment. The whole machine adopts an intermittent rotary mechanism and a quantitative filling method. It is suitable for filling powders and granules of 00# to 5# capsules, and can be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as automatic capsule feeding machine, vacuum feeder, metal detector, polisher, and elevator.
Applications:
It features a fully enclosed ten-station turntable, with upper and lower modules moving in one direction for efficient operation. The machine is well-sealed, and the mold is easy to disassemble and clean.
The turntable employs airtight technology with gas-filled interiors, creating a pressure difference between the inside and outside, ensuring that no external powder enters the turntable.
The feeding interface uses standard clamps, making loading, unloading, and cleaning more convenient.
The machine includes a hole plate metering device with three-dimensional adjustment, reducing powder leakage, and comes equipped with a vacuum automatic cleaning function.
It supports double feeding, allowing for the mixed filling of different substances such as powder, granules, pellets, and tablets in a single machine.
The module cleaning station combines air blowing and air suction, ensuring dust-free mold holes during high-speed operation.
